Carrfour Supportive Housing

Carrfour will be the leading provider of supportive housing for formerly homeless persons, and those at risk of homelessness, in the implementation of the Miami-Dade County Community Homeless Plan. We will utilize all available resources which permit us to serve our target population. We will forge alliances with organizations also committed to the community Homeless Plan and others whose involvement helps us to pursue the plan.
